Intake Support Role – HART4000

HART4000 is looking for volunteers to assist clients on arrival at our busy homelessness hub in Fortitude Valley. In this role you will be the friendly face of our service, welcoming people and assisting with initial enquiries and data collection. HART4000 is open each weekday from 9am – 5pm. Hours are flexible – you might donate a whole day or school hours only – it’s up to you.

Other follow up tasks on behalf of clients as delegated by other HART workers

This role will suit you if you are looking to gain front line experience in social services sector and you have some data entry skills. Working with vulnerable people, you’ll be sensitive to the needs of people who are experiencing extremely stressful personal situations. While you’ll be well supported by our HART4ooo team you will have good processes for self-care.
