Communify offers access to a range of venues for hire in the Inner West. Our venues range in size and facilities offered and can be used for conferences, meetings and groups, and are available now.

Hire Rates

Permanent Bookings
• Full Day (8 hours): $130.00
• Half Day / Evening Hire (4 hours): $65.00 plus additional hourly rate up to 8 hours.
• Hourly: $17.50

Casual Bookings
• Full Day (8 hours): $200.00
• Half Day / Evening Hire (4 hours): $100.00 plus additional hourly rate up to 8 hours.
• Hourly: $25.00

Not for Profit Hourly rate*: $10.00

$25.00 one off swipe card administration fee

$10.00 refund when swipe card is returned in working order (for casual users only)

Payment Terms

  • casual hire – payment is required in advance of the venue hire.
  • permanent hire – invoices are emailed at the month end and payment is required within 7 days.

*Community Groups, organizations or individuals providing a community service.
