Formerly “Ithaca Library” this is an historic building now used by the public and community for meetings and leisure learning activities.

The Hall has a kitchen, seating for 50 people, trestle tables and wheelchair access.

Hire Rates

Permanent Bookings
• Full Day (8 hours): $130.00
• Half Day / Evening Hire (4 hours): $65.00 plus additional hourly rate up to 8 hours.
• Hourly: $17.50

Casual Bookings
• Full Day (8 hours): $200.00
• Half Day / Evening Hire (4 hours): $100.00 plus additional hourly rate up to 8 hours.
• Hourly: $25.00

Not for Profit Hourly rate*: $10.00

$25.00 one off swipe card administration fee ($10.00 refund when card returned)

*Community Groups, organizations or individuals providing a community service.

All hire rates include GST

If you would like to view any of the Communify Qld venues, please visit our office at 180 Jubilee Terrace, Bardon to collect a swipe card.

To secure a booking, a completed Venue Hire Agreement , signed terms and conditions and current certificate of currency for public liability is required.
